The Academy is an educational outreach initiative of the Akron/Summit Convention & Visitors Bureau, designed to empower middle-level employees across Summit County's diverse & vibrant hospitality industry.

Information and knowledge provide the foundation upon which a strong & lasting work ethic rests. Academy class members will develop & refine core skill sets throughout the eight-month curriculum, presented by leading local, regional and national industry experts.
