He is responsible for Employment Law Compliance, Employment Related Training and Compliant Procedures. Robert has over 30 years experience with Ford Motor Company in communication analysis and was instrumental as a consultant completing Diversity Training for the corporation. His achievements vary from receiving The Group Achievement Award from NASA for inspiring the next generation of engineering explores, receiving recognition from the CEO& President of Ford Motor Company for Diversity initiatives, to initiating the Train-the-Trainer Academy for the County of Summit. Robert strongly believes in the education process, with a B.A. from the University of Akron in Communications, MBA from Baldwin Wallace and a host of Certifications from accredited institutions.
